Return policy (14 days)

At Grand Sucess, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You can request a return in the "My Orders" section of your customer account or by contacting us through... contact@grandsuccessclub.com.

Return process

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

• Request it through your customer portal, or
• E-mail contact@grandsuccessclub.com Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Note: Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return shipment

Due to repeated abusive and fraudulent behavior from certain customers, return shipping costs must now be borne by the customer by default.

Returns should be sent to the warehouse address we provide once your request is approved. We have return centers in the USA, UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and China.

The item must be shipped within 14 calendar days. Items shipped after this period are not guaranteed to be refunded or received.

Products not eligible for return

• Special edition items
• Limited edition watches like the PD-1888
• Customized or made-to-order products

Return conditions

Returned items must:

• Be in perfect and unused condition.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items.
• Be free from signs of use, damage, or misuse.

Items returned without original packaging or in poor condition may be subject to deductions for depreciation or rejection.

We also accept returns for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Shipping errors
• Incorrect items received.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Orders paid with Klarna

If your order was paid for via Klarna, do not report the return through Klarna. This function is only for unprocessed refunds. We will handle the refund as soon as the returned item is received and verified.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by sending an email to contact@grandsuccessclub.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the problem.

You can request a replacement or a full refund.

Missing Items

Some orders are shipped in separate packages. If you believe an item is missing:

• Please wait up to 7 days after the first package arrives.
• Then, contact us with your order number and details.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed automatically. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@grandsuccessclub.com.

If the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, we will help you initiate a return as soon as the order is delivered.

Fair Use & Abuse Policy

We monitor returns to ensure fair use for all customers. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse returns or disable accounts in cases of excessive returns, returns of used products, or suspicious activity.
• Investigate and take action against fraudulent behavior, such as:
  • Abusing promotions
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Buying many watches to choose one and return the rest.
  • Repetitive patterns of suspicious purchases

Refunds & Disputes

We are always happy to help resolve any issues directly. However:

• Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks after receiving the item may be banned from future purchases.
• Customers who open disputes on PayPal without contacting us first will experience delays, as refunds can only be issued after the dispute is closed.

If we suspect a case of fraud, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
